Admission Form Fee Payment

In order to completely fill out the Application Form, students are required to make an NEFT/IMPS payment of Rs. 1000 (Non-Refundable) in favor of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. You can find the Hospital Account details to complete the transaction below.

Once you have made the payment using the above method, your bank will generate a Transaction ID or Transaction Number which will be required when you fill the Application Form.

Minimum Age: 17 Years as on 31st December 2024

10+2 passed with Science/Commerce/Arts with an aggregate of 50%. Any best four subjects from the list mentioned below are to be considered for calculation of percentage.

The Candidate must have passed English at 10+2 level by examination board / qualifying board.

Fill in the Application Form only if you meet the eligibility for admission to the program. Duly filled-in application form, will be allowed submission only along with the following:

  • Passport Size Photograph: The dimensions of the photograph should be 3.5 x 4.5cm in width. The scanned photograph should be in jpg, png, or jpeg format for online submission.
  • Attach Class X Certificate. The scanned Class XII Marksheet should be in pdf format with maximum size of 100 kb for online submission.
  • A valid personal e-mail ID and contact number.
  • Application fees of Rs. 1000/- using NEFT / IMPS.
  • Candidates will require transaction receipt at the time of filling application form, before uploading kindly mention your name, father's name and transaction date in the scan copy of transaction receipt.

Important

  • Application Forms will not get submitted in the absence of the required documents.
  • Kindly note that merely submission of an application form does not constitute a claim for an offer for the selection procedure or admission to the program. The form may be rejected due to a discrepancy in the supporting documents, or any other valid reason.
  • Candidates will receive a copy of the Application Form on their mentioned email ids.

Examination Details and General Instructions:

  • Print the form/email containing Roll Number as it is Mandatory to gain entry to the examination hall
  • This Roll Number should be retained till the entrance test result is announced and admission is finalized.
  • The candidate awaiting result can appear, but selection to GNM course is subject to conditions/information printed in prospectus/bulletin of information.
  • Kindly do not carry Mobile Phones/Purses/Magazines/Paper Slips/Calculators into the Examination Hall.
  • Candidates should be present at Examination Hall 45 minutes before exam time. No candidates will be allowed in the Examination Hall later than 15 minutes from the time of the commencement of examination. Verification of the candidate with Roll Number will be done at the Examination Venue before entering the Examination Hall.
