SGRH joins hands with NHSRC to further innovation and policy research in public healthcare

Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi signed a MoU with National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), a premier think tank of MoHFW on 31st August 2023 to advance collaborative research implementation and health systems strengthening initiatives. This MoU signifies a two-year commitment by both institutions to achive Universal Health Coverage and Sustainable Development Goals and support the government's efforts in strengthening India's public healthcare system.
Experts from SGRH are members of various expert committees and have been contributing to conceptualising and devising various frameworks ang guidelines like Patient Safety Checklist, IPHS guidelines, Sickle Cell Operational Guidelinese etc. The hospital has been working closely with NHSRC in efforts to enhance the quality of public health facilities through its NQAS Assessors - Prof. Jyoti, Dr. Sabina, Dr. Ruby and Dr. Shalini. Dr. Anupam Sachdeva and Dr. Manish Malik are members of Sickle Cell Disease Training Module Committee and National Oversight Committee for PMNDP respectivey. Dr. Latika Bhalla is working closely with NHSRC for evaluation of Rastriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK) program.
