Dr. Ajay Aggarwal is a distinguished endocrinologist with advanced training in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, holding MBBS, MD (Medicine), DM (Endocrinology), and FICP qualifications. He is Chairman of the Department of Endocrinology & Metabolism at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, and has previously served as Director and Head of Diabetes and Endocrinology at Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh. His clinical expertise encompasses the comprehensive evaluation and management of diabetes, thyroid disorders, parathyroid diseases, and other endocrine conditions. He has a particular interest in complex and challenging endocrine disorders, including early-onset diabetes, insulin therapy, thyroid-related metabolic complications, and disorders of calcium metabolism. Dr. Aggarwal combines clinical practice with academic medicine and research. His work has been presented at national and international endocrine conferences, and he has contributed to peer-reviewed publications on diabetes, insulin treatment, thyroid disorders, and parathyroid disease.
