You can book an OPD appointment through the hospital website, or in person at the hospital. To book online, click Book an Appointment on sgrh.com and choose your doctor. Booking in advance is recommended to avoid delays.

General OPD registration is open Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Private and specialist OPDs run from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, depending on each doctor's schedule. Emergency and casualty services are open 24/7, all year round.

New patients pay a one-time registration fee of ₹100 for General OPD or ₹200 for Private OPD, which creates your unique UHID. General OPD consultation is free or subsidised. Private consultation fees depend on the doctor's experience and department.

Bring a government photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport or Driving Licence) and your previous medical records, such as prescriptions, discharge summaries, lab reports and scans.

Yes. SGRH offers video consultations across major specialties. Book through sgrh.com or the SGRH mobile app, select "Online (Video) Consultation" and choose a slot. You will receive a secure video link to connect with your specialist.

Go to labresults.sgrh.com and enter your Registration Number (UHID) and your OPD, IPD or bill number from your receipt. You can then view, download or print your report as a PDF without visiting the hospital.

Yes. SGRH collects blood, urine and other diagnostic samples at your doorstep across Delhi and NCR. Request a pickup through the SGRH Patient App or by calling the diagnostic helpline.

General visiting hours are 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM daily, with one attendant pass per patient. ICU and HDU visits are limited to short morning and evening slots, with one family member at a time. Children under 12 are not allowed inside inpatient wards.

Yes. In-house pharmacies in the Emergency and Main OPD blocks run round the clock. Emergency diagnostics, including the lab, Blood Bank, X-ray, CT scan and ultrasound, are also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

SGRH is empanelled with major TPAs, private insurers and government schemes such as CGHS, ECHS and Delhi Government panels, subject to current agreements. For planned cashless admission, visit the TPA/Cashless Desk at least 48 hours before with your insurance documents and pre-authorisation form.
