Dr. Naman Jain is a young and dynamic General and Laparoscopic Surgeon with specialized training in colorectal surgery and a keen interest in minimally invasive gastrointestinal surgery. He completed his MBBS from B. P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences and obtained his DNB in General Surgery from Artemis Hospital, Gurugram. He further pursued a Fellowship in Colorectal Surgery at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi.
He has been associated with the Department of Laparoscopic, Laser & General Surgery at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital since 2022, initially serving as Senior Resident and currently as Clinical Assistant. During this period, he has gained extensive experience in managing elective and emergency general surgical conditions while actively participating in postgraduate teaching and academic activities.
Dr. Jain has developed expertise in advanced laparoscopic surgery, abdominal wall hernia surgery, laser proctology and colorectal surgery. He is proficient in laparoscopic cholecystectomy, appendectomy, TEP, TAPP, E-TEP, E-TEP RS, IPOM, IPOM Plus, SCOLA, abdominal wall reconstruction and laser-assisted procedures for hemorrhoids and fistula-in-ano. His academic interests include hernia surgery, anorectal disorders and minimally invasive surgery. He has contributed to surgical research, is actively involved in national academic meetings and remains committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centred surgical care.
