Dr. Saumya Rawat (MBBS, MD, MRCP (UK), SCE Rheumatology) is an Associate Con-sultant in the Department of Rheumatology at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. She is internationally trained across India, the United States, and the United Kingdom, and brings extensive clinical expertise in the diagnosis and management of complex rheumatologic and systemic autoimmune diseases.
She completed her undergraduate medical education at the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune, followed by Internal Medicine residency training at Memorial Healthcare System, Florida, USA. She is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, holds MRCP (UK), and has cleared the Specialist Certificate Examination (SCE) in Rheu-matology conducted by the Royal Colleges of Physicians (UK). She is a Fellow of the Amer-ican College of Rheumatology and a member of the British Society for Rheumatology and the American College of Physicians.
Her clinical practice includes inflammatory arthritis, connective tissue diseases, systemic autoimmune disorders, vasculitis, and the use of advanced immunosuppressive and biologic therapies. She is actively involved in teaching and mentoring rheumatology trainees and contributes to ongoing clinical research, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and scien-tific presentations.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Rawat is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Parchaa (www.parchaa.com), a health-technology platform focused on AI-enabled patient engagement, chronic disease management, and clinical decision support. She has formal training in AI in Healthcare from the MIT Sloan School of Management and remains com-mitted to community healthcare, innovation and evidence-based clinical practice
