Subject: Invitation for Long-Term Observership in Medical Oncology (3 Months)

We are pleased to invite applications for our 03-Month Long-Term Observership Programme in Medical Oncology. This programme has been created for doctors and fellows who wish to expand their knowledge, gain international exposure, and learn the latest advances in cancer care at one of India’s most reputed tertiary care centres.

Programme Highlights

During the observership, participants will:

  • Observe patient care in outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, and day-care chemotherapy units
  • Attend tumour boards, grand rounds, and journal clubs
  • Learn about modern therapies including immunotherapy, targeted treatments, and precision oncology
  • Understand the use of global guidelines (NCCN, ESMO) in daily practice
  • Gain an overview of clinical research and ongoing cancer trials
  • Participate in academic activities, CMEs, and interactive case discussions

Preferred start and end dates

Eligibility

Postgraduate degree in Medicine/Oncology (or equivalent)

Minimum 6 months’ prior experience in caring for cancer patients

Strong interest in clinical oncology and research.

 Important: This is a non-remunerative, observer-only programme. Participants will not be involved in direct patient management but will closely observe all clinical and academic activities.
