About the Program

Part of the prestigious World Psychiatric Association (WPA) Early Career Psychiatrists (ECP) Exchange Program
A two-week structured conference aimed at providing early career psychiatrists international exposure to psychiatric care in an Indian tertiary hospital setting
Focuses on cultural competence, clinical learning, and collaborative academic growth

Participants will attend daily academic and skill-building activities:

Cultural Immersion

Visits to historical and cultural landmarks in Delhi
Participation in traditional Indian festivals and hospital-hosted cultural events

Program Fees

INR 10,000 + 18% GST (Non-refundable, payable upon selection)
Covers administrative and coordination costs, academic resources, and cultural activities

Selection Criteria

Must be an Early Career Psychiatrist (within 7 years of receiving postgraduate qualification)
Active WPA membership (or endorsement by a WPA-affiliated society)
Proficiency in English
Demonstrated interest in global mental health, academic learning, and cultural exchange
Through a selection committee comprising of WPA ECP members and institutional members
