In-person Consultation

If you are visiting the Hospital for Doctor Consultation for an ailment which needs to be physically examined and verified or may require further tests or it is an emergency, you can

• Schedule an In-person consultation online, once you have booked you will be provided a time slot, when you need to visit Hospital and meet the concerned Specialist.
• You can call the Support Phone numbers provided for each Specialist and speak to an Assistant who will provide you with the Specialist’s OPD timings and availability, you can ask the assistant for a suitable timing for yourself. Once the appointment is fixed you will receive a SMS with the details of your appointment.
• You can Walk-in and proceed to the Private OPD counters, pay the consultation fees and consult.

There is an OPD attendant available outside every OPD counter, once you arrive at the scheduled time slot, please inform him/her of your arrival, the attendant will call the patient’s name as soon as the specialist’s queue is free for the next patient. As some consultation may take more time than scheduled for, please be patient and wait for your turn.

For a detailed diagnosis at the time of In-person consultation you are advised to carry

• A latest prescription/ discharge summary or a summary describing your condition.
• Latest Laboratory/ X-Rays, Radiology reports.
• Copies of any Medical records other than SGRH.
