TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited from experienced vendors for the operation of the Hospital Canteen at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. Interested vendor shall deposit an Earnest Money of Rs. 50,000/- payable via Demand Draft in favor of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi.

Tender forms can be obtained between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM upon payment of Rs. 5,900/- (including GST) per tender form on any working day. Prospective bidders can visit the existing canteen between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sealed tenders must be submitted to the Office of the Director Administration, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi, by October 10, 2024, no later than 2:00 PM. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 4:30 PM.

The hospital management reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason and decision of the Hospital Management shall be final in this regard.
