Dy. Manager, HR
- Bachelor Degree (Regular) in any discipline from a Recognised University with at least 60% marks.
- Regular MBA-HR / PGDHRM from an Institute of repute. Diploma in Training & Development will have an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years exp. as a Manager/Dy. Manager in a large reputed Organisation/ large Hospital
- Should be well versed with HR process, systems, policies and softwares
- Will be responsible for Training & Development and Manpower Studies.
