Dy. Manager, HR

• Bachelor Degree (Regular) in any discipline from a Recognised University with at least 60% marks.
• Regular MBA-HR / PGDHRM from an Institute of repute. Diploma in Training & Development will have an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years exp. as a Manager/Dy. Manager in a large reputed Organisation/  large Hospital 
• Should be well versed with HR process, systems, policies and softwares
• Will be responsible for Training & Development and Manpower Studies.
