Desired Experience & Qualification

• MBA - HR / PGDHRM from an institute of repute. Diploma in Training & Development will have an added advantage.
• Bachelor Degree (Regular) in any discipline from a recognised University with at least 60% marks.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a HR generalist role with a large reputed Hospital / Organisation.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient in IT skills, including expertise in HRIS Software, Microsoft Office suite.
