Sr. Manager (Marketing)
Job Responsibilities
As a Sr. Manager – Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Hospital's services, enhance its brand image, drive patient engagement and business growth.

- Evolve and implement marketing strategy aligned with the Hospital's overall business objectives and drive growth.
- Collaborate with Consultants and other Healthcare professionals to promote their services and specialties. Implement strategies to improve patient engagement and satisfaction through effective communication and outreach programs.
- Maintain and enhance the Hospital's brand image through effective branding strategies.
- Oversee the Hospital's online presence, including website management, social media, and online advertising.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns to reach target audiences and increase online visibility.
- Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives, such as print media, radio, and TV advertisements.
- Coordinate with external agencies for content development.
- Coordinate participation in relevant industry conferences and exhibitions.
- Provide regular reports and insights to hospital leadership.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree (regular) in Marketing
- The candidate should have 10 years of experience in a similar capacity. Experience in a large Hospital of repute shall be of added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and content management systems.
