Jr. Software Analyst

Education & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in application support or a similar IT support role.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with hospital information systems (HIS), EMR/EHR platforms, and other healthcare applications.
• Basic knowledge of HL7 messaging and healthcare data standards is a plus.
• Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle) and ability to run basic queries.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., Hospitals & healthcare).
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician, or Epic/Cerner certification.
• Prior experience supporting systems in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare organization.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and data security practices.
