Project Research Scientist II (Medical)
Applications are invited from suitable candidates for one temporary position of Project Research Scientist-II (Medical) at the Department of Research and Biotechnology and Institute of Liver Gastroentrology & Pancreatico Billiary Sciences, SGRH.
Position: Project Research Scientist-II (Medical)
Minimum Qualification:
1.MBBS with three years' experience OR
2. MBBS with MPH/PhD OR
3. MBBS Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees
4. Work experience in dealing with patient enrolment including noting history of the patient and enrolling them in research and follow up of the patients for 3 years, collection of clinical samples, managing audit for project reagents and other relevant work as needed under the project. Experience in molecular biology techniques, cell culture assays, and cellular signalling, biochemical assays, preparation of various reagents.
Desirable Qualification:
1. Knowledge of Microbiome and an extensive knowledge of Metabolic Dysfunction- Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD).
2. Research publications in the relevant field.
3. Statistical methodology
Salary: Rs. 80,000+ HRA @30%, 24,000/ = 1,04,000/month
Note : The position is purely temporary, initially for one year, and it can be extended further based on performance.
