Engineer (Civil) for short duration

The Job role involves inspecting, repairing, and maintaining civil infrastructure like buildings, and utility systems to ensure safety and functionality of the hospital.

Key duties include conducting regular inspections, performing repairs (plumbing, carpentry, civil maintenance works), managing maintenance schedules, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

This position is for 6 months only.

Educational Qualification:

• B. Tech (Civil Engg) with 5 yrs. exp.
• Candidates who has worked in a hospital will have added advantage

Job Description:

• Organising routine servicing schedules
• Carrying out quality inspections
• Creating maintenance procedures & conducting checks
• Handles necessary repairs and maintenance
• Keeping records of faults and repairs
• Follow safety rules
• Billing of Vendors
• BOQ Preparation (Work order)
• Building Maintenance work like civil, plumbing, water. Painting etc.
• Preventive Maintenance
