In observance of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital successfully hosted a Breast Cancer Awareness Programme on 30th October 2025.
The event was graced by leading oncologists, radiologists, and experts who shared insights on early detection, diagnosis, and advanced treatment modalities of breast cancer.
Key sessions included talks by Dr. Madhavi Chandra, Dr. Richa, Dr. Rakesh Koul, Prof. (Dr.) Chintamani, Dr. Arvind Kumar, Dr. Deepika Gupta, Dr. Shikha Halder, Dr. Arpita, Dr. Aditya Sarin, and Dr. Arti Mehrotra.
A motivational address by breast cancer survivor Ms. Anchal Sharma inspired attendees, followed by a panel discussion moderated by Dr. Shyam Aggarwal, Chairperson, Department of Medical Oncology, with distinguished speakers — Dr. Vijay Arora, Dr. S. Hukku, Dr. Deep S. Pruthi, Dr. Bheem Nanda, Dr. Madhavi Chawla, Dr. Vinod Kumar Malik, Dr. B.B. Agarwal, Dr. Ratna Puri, Dr. Bimla Sharma, Dr. Pooja Bakshi, and Dr. Sonia Badwal.
Free Bone Mineral Density, Vitamin D, and Blood Sugar tests were conducted for participants, underscoring the hospital’s commitment to early screening, education, and patient-centric care.
