In a groundbreaking step towards integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) with biomedical research, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital successfully hosted a three-day national workshop on “Harnessing Artificial Intelligence for Multi-Omics Data Integration and Analysis” from 15th to 17th October 2025, organised by the Department of Biotechnology and Research.

The event was inaugurated by Dr. Jitendra Singh, Hon’ble Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India, and Dr. Shivkumar Kalyanaraman, CEO, Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), in the gracious presence of Dr. D.S. Rana, Chairman, Sir Ganga Ram Trust Society, Dr. Ajay Swaroop, Chairman, Board of Management, and other senior members of the Board of Management.

Under the leadership of Prof. N.K. Ganguly (Patron) and Dr. Rashmi Rana (Convener) & team. The workshop brought together over 40 national and 5 international experts from the domains of genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, computational biology, and AI.

The event featured hands-on sessions, expert talks, and live demonstrations, offering deep insights into AI-powered data analysis, translational research, and the future of precision medicine.
