We are proud to share that Dr. Shyam Aggarwal, Chairperson – Medical Oncology, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, was invited by CII to be a part of the inauguration ceremony at the Global Genomic Summit on Cancer at IHC.

In his inspiring address, Dr. Aggarwal emphasised India’s strength as a global leader in cancer genomics, generics, and biosimilars, while highlighting the importance of academia and industry working together to create novel, affordable cancer therapies including targeted molecules, immunotherapies, and vaccines.

The summit brought together distinguished leaders including Mr. Kris Gopalakrishnan, Dr. Jitendra (BIRAC), Dr. Suchita (Ministry of Science & Technology), Dr. Deshpande, Dr. Taslimarif, and concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Ashish Mohan.

Together, we move closer to making genomic cancer care accessible to the masses and positioning India at the forefront of global oncology innovation.
