Job Description:-

• Bachelor Degree (Regular) in any discipline from a Recognised University with at least 60% marks.
• Regular MBA-HR / PGDHRM from an Institute of repute. Diploma in Training & Development will have an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Manager / Dy. Manager in a large reputed Hospital / Organisation.
• Should be well versed with HR process, systems, policies and HRMS software.
• Should be well versed with statutory compliances & various Labour Laws.
