Dy. Manager-HR
As a Dy. Manager – Human Resources, you will be responsible for strategic planning, forecasting recruitment and retention, employee relations and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manpower forecasting, Planning & Budgeting including collaborate with Management & Departmental Heads to forecast manpower needs based on patient care demands and regulatory requirements.
- End to End responsibility of entire Recruitment Lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews, and performing background checks for positions such as doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative staff, and support personnel.
- Ensure all hires meet regulation requirement, credentialing, and compliance standards as required in the healthcare industry.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Ability to address urgent staffing needs in fast-paced environments, including emergencies or expansions.
- Perform comprehensive benchmarking analyses to ensure alignment with industry standards for compensation and job titles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree (Regular) in any discipline from a Recognized University with at least 60% marks.
- Regular MBA-HR/PGDHRM (Regular) from an Institute of repute.
- The candidate should have at least 08 years of experience in HR operations including 4 years’ as a Asstt. /Dy. Manager for talent acquisition, ideally in a large hospital or healthcare organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
- Age below 40 years
