Assistant Manager-Quality

Essential Qualification:

  • MBBS/ MHA or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field & MBA, preferably in Healthcare Management.
  • Prior experience in large NABH Accredited Hospitals
  • Trained in NABH accreditation certification

Skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Power point
  •  Knowledge of hospital accreditation process and Quality Concepts
  •  Knowledge of Application of Quality Tools

Job Responsibilities

  • To support Quality Department by performing data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify areas for improvement in patient care, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and assisting in implementing quality improvement initiatives, often collaborating with clinicians and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes. 
  • Responsible to prepare and coordinate for Accreditation / Quality Certification like NABL, NABH, JCI and Quality system implementation.
  • Responsible to implement, monitor and manage the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programs.
  • To prepare and update departmental manuals

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a hospital of repute.
