10 years post qualification experience in Cost Analysis and Cost Accounting

Preferred with Hospital Background

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must

Exposure to Business Intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc. would be a plus

Job Profile:

• Develop and maintain the cost accounting system for different Departments of the Hospital.
• Report and analyse, Department wise & service wise costing and profit margins which would lead to the improvement of internal cost controls and efficiency. Identify key drivers effecting profitability such as cost drivers, pricing, and volume mix.
• Determine fixed costs and variable costs, including Inventory analytics.
• Review standard and actual costs, carry out variance analysis, Identify and recommend  cost-effective solutions.
• Reconciling the Cost Records with Financial Records.
• Prepare cost forecasts for monthly, quarterly, or annual operating schedules.
