Chief Engineer (Maintenance)

Sir Ganga Ram Hospital is looking to appoint a Dynamic Engineering Professional with adequate Engineering and Maintenance Experience as Chief Engineer (Maintenance).

Educational Qualification: First Class Bachelor degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from an Institution of repute with minimum of 20 years’ experience including 5 years on a similar role. Candidate with experience in a large Hospital of repute shall be preferred.

Salary : Negotiable

Job Profile :

• The Chief Engineer (Maintenance) shall be responsible of overseeing the entire engineering and maintenance operations of the Hospital.
• The incumbent will be responsible for Maintenance of Civil, MEP, HVAC and Safety systems and ensure the efficient functioning of the same at all times.
• Will lead a team of maintenance staff and work closely with other departments to plan, implement, and manage maintenance and facility upgrades.
• Maintenance of Electricity, Water Supply and Sewage system.
• Responsible for AMC/CMC of equipment.
• To prepare preventive Maintenance Schedule and monitor its implementation.
• To take steps for Conservation of Energy, installation of Energy efficient systems and equipment.
• To maintain a Complaint Registration and timely complaint redressal system.
