J D / PROFILE OF KITCHEN STEWARDING SUPERVISOR

  • Responsible for the maintenance and preventive maintenance of all kitchen equipment.
  • Uphold all hygiene and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist with food safety compliance and hygiene audits.

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor/ Executive in Kitchen Stewarding department of a reputed hotel/F&B Facility.
