- Responsible for the maintenance and preventive maintenance of all kitchen equipment.
- Uphold all hygiene and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with food safety compliance and hygiene audits.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor/ Executive in Kitchen Stewarding department of a reputed hotel/F&B Facility.
