• The Executive Health Check-up Centre is presently located in Room No. F-53, 1st Floor (Near Emergency). Patients to report with complete 12 hours fasting between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Department functions every working day between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except on Sundays & holidays.
• Appointment must be fixed in advance on one of the following telephone numbers 42251753, 42251735 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Report of the check-up will be available after 2 days.
